Federation University’s clinic provides physiotherapy through secure video appointments for people living with ongoing or chronic health conditions.
Appointments are delivered by physiotherapy students in the final years of their degree, working alongside and under the supervision of registered physiotherapists.
The service gives you professional support while helping train the next generation of regional physiotherapists.
You must have access to your email for this appointment (with the booking link).

The service is available to people of all ages living in Victoria.
It is designed for people with ongoing or chronic health conditions who can safely participate in a video appointment.
A support person may attend if needed. A parent or guardian must be present for anyone under 18.
The clinic is not intended for acute medical issues or emergencies.

Your physiotherapy team will talk with you about your health, movement and goals before developing a personalised home program.
Your appointment link will be sent to your email address or phone.
If you attend from CNC, our team can help you get connected and then leave you to speak privately with your physiotherapy team.

No doctor’s referral required
Complete the online self-referral form.
Federation will contact you within two to three working days.
Choose whether to attend from home or CNC.
If using CNC, ask for the Churchill Neighbourhood Centre satellite hub.
