Forms and online applications can be confusing, especially when you are unsure what information or documents are required.
Our volunteers can sit with you and provide practical help as you work through the process.
Be prepared and have everything for your appointment or it may be cancelled.

You may need to access an online account during your appointment. You must enter your own passwords and verification codes. Staff and volunteers will not ask you to disclose or leave passwords with the Centre.
