Our computer courses help participants build practical skills in a small and supportive class.
Classes are led by Pauline and limited to eight participants. You can work at your own pace and receive help with the skills and projects most relevant to you.
Centre computers are available, or you can bring your own laptop.
Build confidence using a computer and learn essential skills such as:
Using a keyboard and mouse
Navigating the computer
Creating and organising files and folders
Searching and browsing the internet
Sending emails and attachments
Creating basic documents
Staying safer online
Develop your existing skills and learn how to:
Manage files and digital documents
Use common Microsoft Office programs
Create more advanced documents
Use cloud storage
Back up important files
Join video calls
Manage online accounts
Troubleshoot common computer problems
Depending on your course, please bring:
A notebook and pen
A USB drive for saving your work
Headphones with a microphone
Your own laptop, if preferred
Any documents or files you would like to work on
Make sure you can access any email or cloud-storage accounts you want to use. Keep your passwords private and enter them yourself.
Classes run for 10 sessions each term.

For eligible participants, completing the ACFE enrolment form gives you access to the ACFE-supported course fee.
